This hotel is near a popular tourist spot and offers spacious and well-stocked rooms with modern bathrooms. the staff is attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is included and superb. There are also excellent restaurants, and some rooms have a good view. Plus, the hotel is decorated with impressive art and furniture, like an Ink Stone and a Jade screen. it's a great option for a relaxing getaway.

There is one downside to this hotel - the tea and coffee in the room may not be up to par.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Next to Twin Towers and easy drive to Chengde Mountain Resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Everything is what i need and want.

Had a lovely Christmas at this hotel. Loved the beautiful antique clocks collection they had in the lobby. The room was spacious and the beds were extra comfortable. the bathroom was modern and well-stocked with hygiene items. enjoyed the peaceful location and proximity to the Twin Towers tourist spot.

The breakfast buffet was a disappointment. The options were quite limited, especially for those who prefer Western-style dishes.

Good , An absolute luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the staff here is extremely courteous and attentive to our needs. the room is spacious with luxurious beddings and hygiene articles which were of high quality. the garden area is beautiful, ideal for a relaxing walk, and the restaurant is outstanding with delicious fusion cuisine. We were impressed with the fast and efficient in, room breakfast service and the well, stocked bar/lounge area.

Bad , There was only one minor issue, a slight inconvenience that we faced with the location, which was a bit far away from the city center. the hotel provides a shuttle service that runs on a regular basis, which is quite convenient.

The hotel museum was amazing with a variety of impressive artwork collections. the room was spacious and the bed was extra comfy. the Chinese hygiene articles in the bathroom were wonderful. the hotel location was ideal as it was close to the Twin Pagoda Park and a short drive away from Chengde Mountain Resort.

The hotel staff was a bit too attentive, making us feel like we were being watched all the time. the underground garage was poorly lit and the bumps at the back of each space made it difficult to park.
